We are actively recruiting up to two postdoctoral researchers with quantitative backgrounds (PhD in statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related discipline). Projects in the lab are devoted to computational models of information processing and signaling networks, self-organization at the molecular and multi-cellular scales, and evolution and population dynamics. As a postdoc here you will:
To apply, send a CV, a statement of research interests, and contact information for at least three references to Rosemary Braun.
We are looking for a statistical analyst and programmer with strong R development skills to contribute to multiple computational biology and data science projects. MS in statistics, biostatistics, or computer science preferred; or BS with experience. You would be responsible for developing computational pipelines to analyze large and complex datasets, including high-throughput omics data and time-series data from wearable devices.
Apply through Northwestern careers, or contact Prof Braun directly — please email us if the application link is not live.
We welcome Northwestern PhD students, MS students, and undergraduates to join our research projects. Students come from a variety of programs and backgrounds, from biology to applied mathematics. Interested? Get in touch.
